What we collect. When you use our instant quote tool, contact form, or booking page, we collect what you give us: your name, phone number, email, and property address. Our quote tool also looks up your lot size in public county property records to estimate your price. Like most websites, we use basic cookies and analytics to see how visitors use the site.
How we use it. We use your information to send you your quote, answer your questions, schedule and perform service, and follow up about your request. That's it. We do not sell your information, and we do not share it with anyone except the service providers that run our website and scheduling tools.
Texting. If you text us or send your quote by text, we will reply by text about your quote and service. Message and data rates from your carrier may apply. Text STOP anytime and we will stop.
Your choices. Want your information updated or deleted? Call or text 281-827-9206 or use the contact form and we will take care of it.
Children. Our site and services are for adults. We do not knowingly collect information from children.
Changes. If we update this policy, the new version will be posted on this page.
Quotes are estimates. Online prices are based on your lot size from county records or your own estimate. If the actual yard is different from what the records show, we confirm the correct price with you before any work starts. No surprise charges, ever.
Overgrown lawns. If a lawn has not been cut in a while, the first cleanup cut can run up to double the standard price. We will tell you upfront and get your OK before we start. Every visit after that is everyday pricing.
Scheduling. Pick a day that works for you and we will text your arrival window the day before. Weather can move things. If a storm pushes us back, we come as soon as conditions allow and keep you posted.
Your property. Our crew is insured and treats your property like their own. Please let us know before your first visit about anything hidden in the yard we should avoid, like shallow irrigation lines, invisible fencing, or buried cables. We are not responsible for damage to unmarked underground items or for pre-existing damage.
Payment. Payment is due when the work is done unless we have agreed otherwise with you.
Photos. We sometimes photograph completed work, like a freshly cut lawn or a cleaned driveway, to show the quality of what we do. We never include people, house numbers, or anything identifying. If you prefer we never photograph your property, just tell us and we won't.
Cancellations. Plans change. Just give us a heads up as early as you can and we will reschedule or cancel your visit, no drama.
The legal bit. These terms are governed by Texas law. If any part of these terms is found unenforceable, the rest still applies.
